Elm Park, Essex 2005

Our client was keen to maximise the number of plants in their garden incorporating both foliage and flower contrasts.  A large lawn was required which was to be used by the owners and also their grandchildren.  The owners has extended their property and were keen to see the newly acquired land well incorporated into the garden.

A sweeping path divides the lawn into two areas - one more formal surrounded by beautiful flowers whilst the second area used by the grandchildren is surrounded by tough foliage plants.  A raised sun deck provides alternative seating from the patio surrounding the house.

A range of grasses have been selected to offer seasonal interest and to set off the natural stone water feature at the far end of the garden.
